If your organisation has under 250 employees, you are eligible for the new Enterprise scheme from Transport for London. This scheme allows small and medium sized businesses access to packages of initiatives dependent on the results of the staff travel survey. For example, if the results of your survey showed a clear desire from staff for cycle parking, installation of a shower or other initiatives that would enable them to cycle into work, Seltrans would recommend signing up to the Enterprise Cycling Package.
